Lisa Houthuyzen works for Community Futures Huron as the Customer Service Representative. With over 7 years' experience in Customer Service. Lisa has a certificate in Human Resources Management and has taken a variety of different training including Communicating Proactively, AODA, Customer Service Training, and First Aid. She is currently enrolled in Strategic Human Resource Planning.
Prior to joining Community Futures Huron, Lisa was a project assistant for Small Business Enterprise Centre where she assisted with Summer Company program and assisted with Business Plan's both in editing and writing. She was a project assistant for HealthKick and a customer service representative/ installer for Barend's Overhead Doors, where she learned how to relate to a variety of people.
Lisa has many varied interests such as reading, love of the outdoors and learning new skills. Theses interests have assisted her in her role with Community Futures Huron because they have given her something to speak about and relate to the clients that she assists and a good knowledge of different industries.
