If you haven't made plans for Thanksgiving Dinner next Sunday, why not make reservations at the Seaforth Golf Course, known for its scrumptious buffets and friendly & relaxed atmosphere. Now Accepting Registrations for Fall Classes!
The hour-long $10 classes, include a Beginner's class on Mondays at 6:30 p.m. and a Hatha Yoga class on Wednesdays at 8 p.m., both at the Seaforth Curling Club. (Click for directions) Bring a yoga mat and a blanket and wear comfortable clothes.
Yoga with Sue classes include basic strengthening and stretching postures with a focus on self-awareness, gradual increases in flexibility and strength along with relaxation and stress relief.
