Hop on a bus in Brussels & Seaforth and travel to Vanastra for an afternoon of FREE swimming.
FREE SWIMMING
On Friday, December 28th a bus will pick up children ages 5 and up to take to Vanastra Rec Centre for swimming from 1:30 - 3:30 pm. Pick up at the Brussels Arena at 12:45 pm. & Seaforth Arena at 1:15 pm.Return Home: Drop off at Seaforth Arena at 4:00 pm and Brussels Arena at 4:30 pm. Seaforth gives Maplewood Manor two thumbs up at Open House
Despite the rain, area residents came out by the hundreds to tour the newly renovated Maplewood Manor for the first time since closing its doors five years earlier. Built in 1867, this former Public School served the community well until 1953, after which it was used for several other purposes, including a shoe factory and a retirement community.
Current Owner/Developer Sam Riad of Mississauga is now breathing new life into this stately...
