The Kinburn Line Bridge, known locally as the "Green Bridge", was manufactured by the Central Bridge Company Ltd., based in Trenton, Ontario. The Bridge was installed at the site in 1947 to replace the previous crossing that was swept away in a flood.
The "Green Bridge" was a riveted, six-panel steel pony truss with original gas pipe railings, that spanned the Bayfield River at Front Road and Kinburn Line.

Construction was completed in 2021 on the new Kinburn Line Bridge. A monument was erected at the site to mark the historical significance of the "Green Bridge".
