Municipality of Huron East Now Accepting 2025 Municipal Grant Applications

Huron East, ON – The Municipality of Huron East is pleased to announce that it is now accepting grant applications for 2025. As part of its ongoing commitment to support the valuable work of community organizations and volunteer groups, the municipality is offering financial assistance through the Municipal Grants Program. This program recognizes the contributions made by local organizations to enhance the well-being and quality of life for Huron East residents.

The Municipal Grants Program offers two funding streams:

1. Program Funding – This funding is intended to support activities, events, or programs that provide immediate or near-term benefits to the residents of Huron East. Please note that program funding is not designed to cover regular operational expenses for organizations.

2. Program or Project In-Kind Assistance – This funding stream provides in-kind contributions to support specific project initiatives. In-kind assistance may include the reduction or full relief of municipal fees, rental charges, and permit/licensing costs, all aimed at promoting broad community benefits and improving the overall well-being of Huron East residents.
