Please be advised that the due dates for property tax payments will remain unchanged, despite the ongoing postal service strike.
Payments can be made in one of the following ways:
- Pre-authorized payment - sign up at huroneast.com or email propertytax@huroneast.com
- At your bank branch – ensure that you have your roll number (last 15 digits) with you
- Online banking – add "Huron East – Taxes" as a bill payee, use the last 15 digits of your roll number as the account number.
- Payments in person – cash, debit, and cheques are accepted! If after-hours, place your cheque and tax stub in the after-hours drop box located to the right of the main entrance at the Municipal Office.
Please allow sufficient time for payment to reach our office on or before the due date in order to avoid penalty.
