Notice of Office Closure Due to Inclement Weather

Huron East, December 5, 2024 – Due to severe weather conditions, the Huron East municipal office will be closed today, December 5, 2024. Safety is our top priority, and we want to ensure both our team and the community are safe during this weather event.

Although the physical office will be closed, staff members will be reachable through email and telephone to continue providing essential services and support.

Vanastra Recreation Centre will be closed today as well, families have been contacted directly regarding swimming lessons rescheduling.

We encourage the public to avoid any unnecessary travel until conditions improve.
