Notice of Office Closure Due to Inclement Weather

Huron East, February 18, 2025 – Due to severe weather and road conditions, the Huron East municipal office will be closed today, February 18, 2024. Safety is our top priority, and we want to ensure both our team and the community are safe during this weather event.

Although the physical office will be closed, staff members will be reachable through email and telephone to continue providing essential services and support.

Vanastra Recreation Centre and Vanastra Early Childhood Learning Centre will be closed today as well, families have been contacted directly.

We encourage the public to avoid any unnecessary travel until conditions improve.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
